I looked through the search and the sub-links and i am unable to find this. I am looking for some crazy looking pets that are able to work in the game and would be really interesting to breed. I haven't been able to find much. I will look around some more but i was wondering if anyone on here could help me.

Hello hello! I've posted my past couple of apartments here - which i shared with roommates - but my husband and i recently moved into our own little place in somerville, ma. I've been working on it for about 6 months and, though it certainly isn't "finished", i think it's ready for it's saucydwellings debut.

this post will focus on the bedroom, studio and living room - the kitchen and bathroom still need a LOT of work.

Hi.

I keep staring at the "post an entry" link, thinking I should click it, but then I realize I don't have anything exciting to post. Life is busy. And good. My family is well. I'm happy.

We finally had our kitchen ceiling repaired last week. Turns out the leak really was from the kitchen upstairs, and not from the rain like we originally thought. That it leaked only during our big rain storm was a freaky coincidence. The paint smell made me really sick on Friday, though, which wasn't very fun. Even now, it smells like paint in here to me, which, ugh. I hate.

But! Things I don't hate include the first season of Glee. And Flash Forward. Jon and I are also watching the third season of The Big Bang Theory, which is pretty awesome. Also in this category is the fact that Star Trek comes out on DVD tomorrow. YAY. I am so stoked to see it again. ETA: This is totally me today: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNs3oVZ3ctE

I cleaned up my flist a bit. I mostly cut dead journals or people I no longer talk with. As always, my "friending" policy is this: anyone is welcome to add my journal to their reading list. Hi. I recently got Seasons expansion. Last night, I installed it just fine. I tried to run it, and got an error message "The application has crashed. This application will now terminate." Traced that problem back to hacks that were not seasons compatable. In order to fix that problem, I need to uninstall it. I could not uninstall using the uninstaller on the disk or by using the control panel-->add or remove programs. So, that meant that I had to manually uninstall the game by deleting the files from the hard drive, dumping the recycle bin, and then removing the registry entries. I did all of that. Next, I proceeded to re-install Double Deluxe. That installed with no problem. I started the game and it played as normal. No glitchy behavior.

So, I exited the game and tried to install University life Collection via the autorun.exe on the disk. I got the error message "The expansion pack is already installed." I then tried to re-install the game manually by copying the game files from the disks on to my hard drive. Same error message. Next, I attempted to install Best of Business Collection. Same error message. I installed Seasons and it installed and played with no problem.

Now, all I can think that I might have missed is the instructions I found for editing the registry keys gave the values for University and Open for Business, but not for the University Life Collection and Best of Business Collection. I don't profess to understand all this techy stuff, but perhaps the collections have different values than the games without stuff packs. I did go thru the registry line by line and have remove every reference I could find to university and best of business.

Now can someone help me out and give me an ideal of how I should proceed with the re-install? Is there some program that will help me re-install them? I have heard mention of a program called "clean installer", will that help with installing expansion packs or is that just for custom content? Is there somewhere else in the registry that I should look for reference to university and best of business?

I'm running WinXP on a Compaq Presario and up until I installed Seasons last night, the game was working correctly. I have got double deluxe and seasons re-installed and they are working fine. Also, all my video drivers are up to date.

Any help or thoughts would be most welcome.

This is ridiculous. And apparently I'm 12 because only someone immature would ask, but:

When you insert/remove, is your hand awfully bloody? No one mentions that part when they talk about the process and it is something I have been wondering about.

I am currently on my period and hating it. I don't have a cup. I haven't had the money to order one, and even though I'm faily certain I've chosen an Orange Lady cup, I'm of course, nervous it isn't the right decision. *sigh*

I want to try a cup so badly, but I am a complete stranger with my female parts. I have no idea what's going on down there. I tried locating my cervix while I was trying to get pregnant because I was using the FAM method, but I don't know that I ever actually touched it. I couldn't tell!

I'm sure I'm just over-thinking this and just need to dive in, but I don't want to invest in a cup and then not follow through because I couldn't figure it out and because I was "grossed out".

Any thoughts?

Casey Cartwright is featured as a shopper, with a silly little collage of her and what she'd buy (which is mostly the secret junk food that I crave, too).

I accomplished everything I wanted to this weekend--except work on my NaNo project! Yay! Oh well, the kitchen is now purple, which is a big weight lifted off my shoulders (though now I have to start on making the livingroom orange). And everything is clean now, which is better than not, and generally produces creative results, except that it took so long!

Plus, Raven came home from Houston last night and I wanted to hang out with her, so we watched Anne of the Thousand Days, which was epic and awesome. Anne Boleyn was definitely the HBIC.

Ollie's sick :( He is having really bad stomach problems, which is why I came home saturday and had to clean up a bunch of dog doo-doo. It was not a pleasant experience.

It is so windy out right now that the trees are squeaking.

I picked this up rummaging around youtube - I should say outright that I don't have any secondary sources on this, so it could be completely made up. But if it IS true, it's something of a 'nice idea, bad execution' - and it would certainly explain some of the Relationship Writing Fumble that is Justin and Alex.

The script originally written for WOWP had Justin and Alex as friends then BF and GF but they rewrote it for them to be bro and sis to break Disneys FAMILY STEREOTYPE.

Which is this:
-One girl/guy (Alex, Raven, Miley, Zack, Lizzie, Ren)

-Give them an annoying sibling (Jackson, Cory, Cody, Matt, or Louis. Annoying sibling was supposed to be Max for WOWP)

-Give main characters Two Best Friends (Chels and Eddie, Lilly and Oliver, Maddie and London, Miranda and Gordo, + Louis's two friends. Justin was supposed to be Alex's 2nd best friend, but they changed it. She only has one, Harper.)

Granted, WOWP is the only Disney show I've ever watched (aside from Kim Possible) but from what I've heard, this 'family stereotype' template, at least, seems quite precise.

Can anyone recommend any good, brief Spanish language schools in Spain? A friend and I have a long break between semesters here in Sweden and are looking for a few weeks' entertainment. Does anyone know what the average/low price for one of these schools is? And does anyone know of the possibility of renting an apartment in Spain for just one month? The accommodation that I saw that was offered by the schools was quite expensive, even for Sweden. I know the rent in Spain is much less expensive than here, even in a fully furnished, all bills paid room.

Does anyone who works audit hate their relief. I mean.. reading the log book, you would think that she was purely pissed that she wasn't able to sleep and watch CSI as she usually gets into ADMITTEDLY!!! I mean, if you don't want to work in a hotel.. where there are PEOPLE, then go somewhere.
